Wine tasting, serving and paring introductory course

After the successful experience of the first edition of the wine tasting course presented by Ioana Bidian Micu in november - december 2015, we begin a new series of special evenings dedicated to the story and the culture of wine.

Each module of the ArtVinium course brings quality information about wine, its qualities and faults, its flavours and tastes, rules of tasting, specific elements regarding the serving, forms of presenting, ideas of gourmet pairing and many more.

Everything takes place at an experiential level because Ioana Bidian Micu, the facilitator of the courses, strongly believes that memorizing the flavours and acknowledging the senses are the two most important instruments in understanding a wine.

We begin with exercises for attention focus, we taste a variety of wines in connection with the theme of the evening and we debate openly and freely over what each participant feels.

This course will start Monday, the 25th of January, 18 PM, at the Capitolina Chic City Hotel, on Victor Babeș street no. 35.
